Introducing the Engage VE Platform

Add immersion and depth to your virtual event experience Pulse Studio is known for our stunning design work for corporate theater, trade shows and brand activations. We’ve taken our 14 years of creating events and merged it with the power of a database to create our virtual events platform we call EngageVE. The VE stands for virtual events, virtual experiences and virtual engagements. Every client has unique needs, so we built our platform to become what you need it to be. You can have custom immersive environments Our goal is to give our clients the ability to host events like they normally would in a unique virtual environment. Virtual doesn’t have to be intimidating. Let our talented staff help guide you through the process. Whether it’s 100 people or 10,000 our platform can be shaped into what you want it to be. Whether you are putting the event on for your client or want to do it on your own, we can help.

See it in action

What started off as a design review tool has evolved into a virtual events platform. When COVID started we looked at what we were developing and saw a way to create virtual events that have more depth to them. Pulse Studio can create immersive virtual worlds that combine 3d panoramas with powerful interactive features and tools. Our platform we can create the virtual environment you want your attendees to experience. Check it out for yourself by clicking the button below.

We create fully immersive explorable environments that work with your goals. We’ve got an entire venue ready to be customized with your graphics and branding. Our template library has premade designs for booths, theaters, kiosks and even venues. Exploring our 3d worlds is meant to be fun and captivating. We can hide Easter eggs through out the experience. We know that your attendees need more to keep them engaged. And what about your ROI? How do you know what people are looking at and where they are going in your virtual event? Keeping attendees engaged We partnered with our old neighbors and longtime friends at Plego Technologies to make this all possible. With our combined abilities we merge custom 3d environments with their programming and data tracking. That allows us to add more ways to keep attendees engaged.

Gamification

Using games, badges or point systems encourages your attendees to stick around and stay interested in your event. We can invigorate your audience to explore your branded environment by having scavenger hunts within the environment. Badges encourage guests to check out all the booths. For example, you can have them earn points to visit 10 Bronze Booths, 5 Silver Booths and 3 Gold Booths. People will invest more time if you make the badges & games mean something. By having the user earn points that go towards swag or gift cards will capture their attention.

Interesting Integrations

The EngageVE platform is intended to be what you need it to be. I’m sure you’ve seen new widgets and thought about how your audience could interact with it. By integrating with other APIs we can expand the users experience. By using the EngageVE platform, we can harness the power of these new programs. Most software companies want more people to use their software. We have integrated with many APIs. If we haven’t, we will do our research and see if it’s possible.

Networking areas with group or 1on1 chats

Now that we’ve got your audience engaged how do we add depth to the experience? We have several ways to interact with each other. By letting the attendees communicate with other attendees, event staff and sponsors you create a deeper connection with the event and the experience.
