Blending Sustainability and Branding

Updated: Apr 29

Pulse Studio’s Eco-Friendly Design for UPS

At Pulse Studio, we’re always looking for innovative ways to merge sustainability with impactful design. Our recent project for UPS is a perfect example of how creative thinking and conscious materials can come together to make a powerful statement.

A Sustainable Approach to Brand Storytelling

For this project, we challenged ourselves to reimagine traditional event design materials. The result? A visually striking setup made primarily from cardboard—a renewable, recyclable material that aligned perfectly with UPS’s commitment to sustainability.

Cardboard wasn’t just an eco-friendly choice; it became the central design element. From sculptural displays to branded structures, we used it to craft a cohesive, immersive environment that reflected both UPS’s brand identity and its values. The natural textures and warm tones of the cardboard helped create a grounded, authentic atmosphere while providing endless flexibility for shape and form.

Why It Works

By using cardboard as the lead design factor, we were able to:

  • Reduce environmental impact through sustainable materials.

  • Create strong visual identity through bold yet minimal design.

  • Showcase brand values by aligning aesthetics with sustainability goals.

This project demonstrates that sustainable design doesn’t have to sacrifice creativity. In fact, it can elevate a brand message in fresh and memorable ways.

Looking Ahead

As brands continue to prioritize environmental responsibility, design studios must adapt and innovate. We’re proud to be at the forefront of this shift—delivering experiences that not only look amazing but also do good for the planet.

Stay tuned for more behind-the-scenes looks at how we’re rethinking design—one sustainable project at a time.
