Larger General Session to Smaller Breakout Rooms

Our client wanted the general session stage to transform into smaller break-out sessions.  We designed a main stage that had a unique and powerful look. After the opening day, the production team brought in temporary walls to divide the larger set into smaller break outs. The A/V was utilized for all parts of the event and didn’t require separate break out rooms.
