Truly Custom Design

Creating a space that is both aesthetically pleasing and fully functional for 5,000+ people is always a challenge. Add to that the requirement that the scenic design embrace a variety of activations, and it quickly becomes apparent that only a truly custom design approach will work.

Multiple Areas In One Space

The event needed to accommodate 5,000+ attendees for General Sessions and keynote presentations. Additionally, provision had to be made in the space for training groups of 14 people. These unique needs drove main meeting space’s custom screen and seating design.

Exhibit Areas and Broadcast Capabilities

Small exhibit areas were created for additional education. Additionally we designed an area for interviews and panel discussions that could be both isolated for intimacy and, as needed, staged for broadcasting throughout the event.
