Consulting Event

Pulling directly from the client branding, Pulse Studio created a stage design that immersed guests in lights, color, and content. Our team created multiple concepts for the stage, then helped refine the concept and source rental and custom elements for the final live event. The Design featured a layered concept that utilized LED tubes, rental pieces, and custom projection fabric surfaces provided a dynamic presentation space. The stage featured a half round thrust with custom step units built to bring speakers closer to the audience and offered easy access during awards and other speaker walk-ons from the banquet table seating. The circular surfaces and LED tubing gave the opportunity to transition room lighting from presenter to presenter, and made the space feel fresh as content was shared through the multiday event.
